Hi, Manjusha here!
I am Manjusha Susheel Joshi ( earlier Manjusha Atre) from Pune, India. I have done my M.Sc. in Mathematics from Department of Mathematics, University of Pune. Did my M.Phil in Bezier Curves and its applications, my Guide is Prof. S. A. Katre from Pune university, Dept. of Mathematics.
I also did A.D.C.S.S.A. Advance Diploma in Computer Software and System Analysis, at Symbiosis College. The exam was conducted by Board of Technical Exam, Mumbai.
I am interested in use of free mathematical software in improvement of Education.
I was working at Bhaskaracharya Institute of Mathematics (BIM) , where I got chance to experiment on some Maths software.
At BIM using maths software like Kash/Kant, GAP for research work. Using DrGeo, Scilab for improvement in Maths education. TeX/LaTeX, PsTricks, DrGeo for Mathematical/Technical publishing.
I will link my presentations on scilab, LaTeX, DrGeo and general presentation on free mathematical software.
I also wanted to keep links of good sites which are useful in academic way.
For 2 years I worked in Maybole Technologies as a research associate.
Recently, I am impressed with applications of pure mathematics. Trying to write some article on it. Will link it here.

Hello Miss Manjusha,
I am working as a CAD-CAM software developer in Nasik. My CAD-CAM software is aimed for CNC machines. Developing a CAD-CAM system requires strong foundation in mathematics. If mathematical logic is clear, then there’s no difficulty in writing CAD-CAM programs.
Can you suggest me if there is any future scope in CAD-CAM for me? I am looking for companies working in CAD-CAM, but found none other than Geometric. I applied there 3 times, but they didn’t respond. Where can I try for CAD-CAM in software industry?

Just saw a link to here from the sage-support newsgroup. You may be interested in my blog: http://amca01.wordpress.com, which (when I get the change to write it) discusses open-source mathematics software and its applications.
cheers,
Alasdair
